This soft and lively composition gently represents
the boat house and steamboat dock at the Connecticut River Museum
in Essex, CT on a cloudy morning and was painted by Connecticut
Impressionist artist Leif Nilsson during the summer of 2003. This
oil painting on linen canvas mounted on board measures 12 inches
high by 18 inches wide unframed and 17 inches high by 23 inches
wide mounted in the Florentine Style hand made and leafed finished
corner frame shown here.
